We are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager with a passion for quality and ready to join us in Shanghai.

Your advice on structure and façade issues is vital for the project management team. You advice the project management team on methodologies and best practices and ensure that they are adhered to on the construction site.
你对项目的结构及幕墙方面提出的建议对于项目管理团队是十分重要的。你需要向项目管理团队提出最佳方法的建议，并确保能够在施工现场实施。

Key Tasks

Your key tasks include but are not limited to:

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standard practice.
确保所有的工作是根据公司现行的标准完成的。
Ensure material selection adheres to tender stipulation.
确保材料的选择是根据项目投标要求完成的。
Prepare project analysis highlighting all critical areas.
参与项目分析并标明关键信息。
Attend test with full report of incidents.
参与项目测试并提交相关报告。
Fabrication Inspection.
装配视察。
Regular material inspections.
常规材料检查。
Material and sample research.
材料和样本的研究。
Provide regular reports on progress, nonヽompliance issues, deviations from schedule etc.
提交常规进度，不符合问题，时间偏差等报告。
Submittal programs & logs.
提交项目日志。
Ensure comprehensive and timely document drawing revision.
确保审核图纸文件的全面性和及时性。
Timely issue of all related documentation to program.
及时提交项目有关的所有文件。
Oversee and review all deliverables and get approval from the Project Director before they are issued to the Client.
监督和审查所有可交付成果并且在发送成果给业主以前需得到项目总监的批准。
Be aware of and report tender variations in a timely manner.
知晓并报告有关招投标变更事宜。
Participate in meetings with all parties involved in the project.
参加项目相关会议。
Advice on build ability of design.
对建筑性能设计提出建议。
Review contractor documents & shop drawings (including bill of material & assembly details).
审核承包商文件和施工图（包括材料表及组装详图）。
Ensure up ?o ヾate drawing registers project management team.
确保图纸及时交付至项目管理团队。
Meet and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for material & sample review.
与供应商/承包商一起协作进行材料及样品的审核。

Requirements
工作要求

You meet the following requirements:
你需要符合以下要求：

Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
工程类（土木工程）大专/本科或同等学历。
Minimum 8 years work experience.
8年工作经验以上。
Knowledge of typical cladding systems.
熟悉常规幕墙系统。
Awareness of basic building physics including ventilation, solar gain control, thermal insulation, glare control etc.
了解基础的建筑物理包括通风，遮阳板控制，防火隔热，眩光控制等。
Experience of practical aspects of handling, fabricating and installation.
对于项目有关产品的处理，装配和安装有丰富经验。
Knowledge of unitized curtain wall, glass feature walls, glazed skylights, stone cladding, metal cladding,
GRC and preヽast FRP.
了解单元式幕墙，玻璃景观墙，玻璃采光顶，石材幕墙，金属幕墙，玻璃纤维增强水泥和预制玻璃钢。
Cost awareness and value engineering skills.
成本意识和工程经济学。
Familiarity with international standards & façade construction practices.
熟悉国际标准和幕墙施工实践。
