职 责：
Treasury Function:
Perform and manage all facilities and instruments agreed by the company and banks e.g. Structured Deposits/Payments, Supply Chain Finance, Cash Pooling, Over Draft Facility, Entrusted Loan and etc.
Conduct weekly Cash Flow Forecast and ensure appropriate levels of cash reserves. Control FX exposure position with hedging via banks.
Build up and maintain relationships with strategic banks and brokers.

Accounting Function:
In charge of Credit Control for customers by finance side including Credit Limit Application, Credit Report Research and Weekly/Monthly Credit Review.
Review and ensuring compliance of all accounting transactions. Perform payments through E-banking, check bank receipts on timely basis, handle JDE and AS400 system.
Manage the account reconciliation with the suppliers, ensure there is minimal overdue
Perform monthly close process, ensuring that the general ledger is well maintained and closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Prepare internal reports as requested.
Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports. Assist in the implementation of strict accounting standards and internal control procedures to achieve clear auditing results.

要 求：
Bachelor degree preferably in finance or accounting;
At least 5 years experiences in treasury and credit ;
Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and written skills;
Strong knowledge in treasury, trade finance, risk management and banking matters; knowledge of commodity markets, logistics and shipping is an advantage;
Team player, diligent;
Strong ability to organize, coordinate, resolve issues and make good decisions;
Mastery of MS Office software; especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience in JDE system will be a plus;
Good command of English & Mandarin in written and oral.
