职 责：
Implement sourcing process for supply chain function across GC. Participate in Logistics vendor contract review and renewal across GC, such as prepare RFQ for 3PL and other vendor bidding process. Evaluate potential vendors, and manage the overall vendor qualification process. Support manager to develop sourcing plans, requests for proposal, and other sourcing documents. .
Understand supply chain market, strategies, risks and opportunities in GC to participate in identifying and assessing new SC vendor. Participate in find out other sourcing opportunities to drive effective balance between service and cost in GC.
Report the results and findings of statistical analyses routinely to supply chain team, making recommendations as necessary
Work closely with GC logistics team, ongoing vendor performance management to ensure they continuously meet our specification, quality requirement and compliance our standard.

要 求：
Bachelor degree in supply chain/logistics.
3+ years of progressive work experience in logistics, sourcing and vendor management.
Proven experience in project management
Trustful and with Integrity
Market intelligence, Negotiation skill
Good communication and coordination skills , especially English communication
Good problem solving ability, Deliver for Results.
