Overview of the Position:
- Local Supplier management & development
- Planning and resources coordination between Sidel GC and GTP or other Sidel zones
- Monitor performance of external resources

Responsibilities:
- Ensure GC suppliers are aware and following Sidel GC rules
- GC suppliers performance monitoring (technical & behavior)
- Planning to GC suppliers workload
- GC suppliers training and development
- Responsible for communication between Sidel GC and GC suppliers
- Define Sidel GC strategy concerning level and workload share of GC Suppliers (with support from SAM and FED)
- Follow up of subcontractors contracts negotiations in cooperation with Finance and sourcing department
- Ensure proper communication and resources planning with Sidel GTP planning cell
- Ensure proper reporting towards Sidel GC team and towards GC Suppliers on GC Suppliers activties and performances.
- Responsible for own service and suppliers KPI

Education & Languages:
- Bachelor degree with the major in Engineering, Mechanical or Process
- English

Professional Skills & Experience:
- minimum 5 years in similar field or customer service. Good technical knowledge and broad knowledge for bottling or packaging industry products is appreciated.
- Good organization skill and planning skill
- Team management and leadership
- Customer-oriented
- Good communication skill
- Good negotiation skills
- English proficiency, other language is a plus
- Good knowledge for Sidel products and company culture
