Overview of the Position:
- Lead and manage site activities for your customer or area
- Ensure external and internal customer satisfaction
- Manage and follow-up team development
- Monitor cost and lead time during projects execution phase
- Ensure proper reporting, own service KPIs, budget follow-up
- Lead and support ISM, ICM,and FSE
- In charge of site activities from equipment or parts delivery until CAV and Punch list closing (including customer management)
- Provide service quotation for site activities upon PM request
- Responsible for site activities lead time, cost and customer satisfaction
- Ensure HSE&S rules are respected
- Ensure proper reporting, documentation avilability and data collection from and for the team
- Optimize site activities execution and cost through continuous improvement
- Ensure optimal use of resources (billability and occupation rate)
- Ensure all administrative task of the team is done properly (JPC,Weekly…)
- In charge of forecasting site activities and related resources planning
- Participcate to the elaboration Monitor your own service budget
- Ensure team member development
- Responsible for own service KPI
- Commincation between PM , AM, KAM,CSM.


Education & Languages:
- Bachelor degree with the major in Engineering, Mechanical or Process
- English proficiency, other language is a plus

Professional Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience as ISM, ICM or PM in beverage equipment industry.

-Team management and leadership
-Customer-oriented
-Self-sufficient and proactive
- Good communication skill
- English proficiency, other language is a plus
- Good knowledge for Sidel products
- Good working experience on site management
- Good planning and forecasting skill
