Report line: Corporate Director
Team size: 2-3 subordinates
Client portfolio: B2B/B2C leading international Fortune 500 retainer clients

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Corporate Practice Director, you will be leading a team of 5 or more subordinates. As part of the senior management team, you will be working on leading international Fortune 500 retainer clients and will help grow this fast expanding practice. A corporate communications professional, your client portfolio will include both B2B and B2C clients and you will have exposure to work on regional clients too and gain content development skills.

Requirements:
- Experienced PR professional with strong corporate experience across a wide range of clients and industries. 5-8 years of experience required.
- Proven track record of issues and crisis experience with local insights on China macro environment and media landscape including senior media contacts
- Excellent client management skills, able to build trust with the client and deliver on client's expectations within budget
- Good planning capabilities, able to develop annual communications plan for clients and campaign plans involving multiple stakeholders such as media partner, CSR / NGO partner etc...
- Have managed and coach a team of 5 team members or more
- Interest in developing and learning B2B content capabilities.
