职位描述

- Handle general inquiries from customers concerning the recruiting process, providing information on the status of current recruiting tasks and general administrative support; explain policies and procedures via telephone & e-mail (supported by answers to predefined questions, e.g. Q&A lists), taking ownership of the solutions and ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses.
- The efficient delivery of recruiting related tasks includes the administrative support of all process steps, from supporting the initiation of a requisition, posting the vacancy in agreed sourcing channels, coordinating selection procedures to taking care of supporting all necessary pre-conditions for the employment (e.g. medical check, background check) of a selected candidate.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of current status of customer queries to secure on high customer service at any point in time (e.g. status of requisition or confirmation of interview) via eRecruiting system and enquiry management tool (CRM). Furthermore, the role owner is responsible to take care of creating, posting and manage the flow of all working documents.
- Manage information of new hires and deployments (internal changes within Bayer) by means of Bayer SAP systems as well informing all parties that are involved in the recruiting process. This includes entering of HR master data (details can be found in respective working instructions), conducting quality checks (ICS) as well as correction of existing data. - Create letters of intent as well as labour contracts and provide new hires with all relevant information.
- Initiate reimbursement of relocation costs as well as other benefits & rewards.
- Run monthly reports and provide information to respective parties.
- Refer issues to the Recruiter when unable to solve personally.
- Support the development, maintenance and improvement of a detailed knowledge management of the recruiting process and according interfaces for the respective countries.


Education, Qualifications and Skills:

- University degree or equivalent in HR or business studies
- Fluent in English language both in the spoken and written form
- Comprehensive knowledge or expertise on customized competency training/program honed through relevant experience
- Knowledge of the competency models and trainings, processes and standards
- Several years of HR or business experience; experience as learning consultant helpful
- Good business sense and customer oriented
- Good problem solving capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative
- Initiative to act on his/her own and work under pressure
- Capability to work in a multicultural environment
