岗位职责 Job responsibilities:
-定期收集消费品市场的信息并分享给客户
Collect retails market information and share regularly with client
-与客户建立伙伴关系
Build a partnership and trusting relationship with client
-能够同新的建议来支持年度沟通的战略计划
Support annual communication plan strategy by proposing new operation ideas
-根据家乐福的战略来制作简报,管理设计,并向客户做展示
Take the brief, control the design according to Carrefour image, strategy & positioning, and present to client
-学习以客户为中心的多渠道营销解决方案:包含网络、CRM、其他数字业务方式
Study cross channel solutions customers centric : including network, CRM, others digital activities and store events
-与现在的团队合作,在中国大陆发展新业务
Develop new business opportunities in China Mainland with local teams
-确保所提供的服务是按时按质按量完成
To ensure that the services provided to the customer is of quality, and respects the requirements and deadlines
-总是能够有效地改善所提供给客户的服务
Always looking to improve the service brought to the customer, as well as the efficiency of her teams
-敏锐的的财政意识,熟悉毛利率,税前利润和现金流量的概念
Acute financial awareness in gross margin, EBIT, and cash flow concept.
-具有系统管理能力,能够管理项目进程。
Strong system orientation and users for managing projects and processes.
-需要时,处理销售部门培训与招聘的事宜
Training and recruitment of the necessary profiles for the Sales department when needed
技能要求Skills required:
- 本科学历及以上
Bachelor degree and above
- 5年以上跨国广告公司工作经验,大型零售行业尤佳
More than 5+ years working experience in multinational advertising agencies, preferably experienced in retailing servicing.
- 英语(口语与写作)能力良好,能与客户与公司管理团队进行日常交流。会法语或其他语言者优先考虑。
Good English (oral and written) is an absolute necessary, as for daily communication with the customer and the company Management team. French or other languages are plus.
- 强烈的团队合作精神,能够适应加班与出差的压力
Strong team spirit and willing to work under pressure and frequent travelling
