岗位职责 Job responsibilities:

-Responsible for company (production material) sourcing and vendor pool management;

-Find out best/most effective and economic ways to meet with internal and external requirements.

-Inquiry, cost analysing, negotiation and contract management;

-Be responsible for cost management, control and reduction, conduct vendors yearly price review and negotiation ;

-Represent and follow up the suppliers sourcing from the national level;

-Internal purchasing process set-up and ensure the smooth execution,

-Purchasing analysis & reporting.

-Any other tasks required by supervisor



技能要求Skills required：

-Bachelor graduate or above, major in purchasing, or equivalent.

-Five years working experience, at least 2-3 years in printing sourcing and purchasing area.

-Basic knowledge of quality management tools.

- Good communication skills in Chinese and English

-Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills with strong business-minded.

-Be knowledgeable in product costing.

-Diligent in work, target oriented and teamwork spirit, be proactive & self-motivated.

-Frequent domestic travel is required
