Internal Auditor Supervisor

The position reports to the Director of Internal Audit and is responsible for supporting Internal Audit Manager to manage and execute financial, operational and IT audits, investigations and consulting projects.

Responsibilities:
? Participate in the preparation and conduction of audit assignment;
? Identify internal control issues / weaknesses and improvement opportunities in accordance with IIA standards and methodology as well as best practice;
? Prepare audit workpapers documenting each audit step in the audit program. Ensure information is presented clearly, concisely, accurately, in a logical format, and has appropriate audit conclusions;
? Provide timely feedback to in-charge managerabout status of the audit and as issues arise;
? Prepare written presentations to management at the conclusion of an audit, discussing deficiencies, recommending corrective actions, and suggesting improvements in internal controls;
? Closely follow-up the corrective action plan implementation by the auditees;
? Elevate real and emerging business control issues/problems to the manager and local management if needed;


Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years auditing or a combination of audit and accounting, corporate finance / operation experiences in manufacturing industry.Big4 or reputable MNC auditing/finance experience is preferred.
? Bachelor above. Oversea education background is preferable.
? Excellent oral and written English, Mandarin. German is a plus.
? Convincing, well communication and conflict handling skills.
? Strong sense of responsibility, Integrity, professional, careful, fast-learning and reliable.
? Combination of financial audit, process control audit, IT audit, or anti-fraud/forensic audit experience / skillsets is a plus.
