？ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 3 years related experience 工程学士学位、至少3年相关工作经验
？ Thorough knowledge of engineering disciplines affecting products 通过工程技术原理知识运用到产品
？ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Company-related software 熟练使用办公及公司相关软件
？ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 优秀的英语口语及书面语能力
？ Ability to work as a team member and also be self-directed to meet goals 团队合作能力，全力以赴达到既定目标
？ Excellent analytical skills 优秀的分析能力

Functional area/职责
？ Review Value Analysis/Value Engineering requirements for target customers and assure that tracking and yearly goal requirements are met. 审核及分析目标客户及其工程要求，确保及跟踪年度目标的完成
？ Review and interpret customer requirements with Sales Representatives/Key Account Manager. 协助销售工程师/大客户经理审阅及解释客户的产品需求
？ Cooperate with products engineers to set up article number and description in SAP. 协助产品工程师在SAP里正确定义产品料号和描述。
？ Compare, analyze and determine if existing products meet customer needs, or if parts modifications are needed to fulfill customer requirements. 比较、分析及确定符合客户要求的既有产品或者产品部分改良后可以符合客户需求
？ Make recommendations to customers for modifications and improvement. 建议客户采用修改后或者改进后的产品
？ Participate in new customer presentations. 参加新客户的开发介绍
？ Conduct engineering seminars for customers. 向客户介绍专业工程原理
？ Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
？ Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系
