Job Description
1.Contact insured or other involved persons to obtain missing information.
2.Organize and work with detailed office&warehouse’s shippment records, using computers to enter, access, search and retrieve data.
3.Co-ordinate claims settlement.
4.Post or attach information to claim file.
5.Prepare and review insurance-claim forms and related documents for completeness.
6. Provide customer service, such as giving limited instructions on how to proceed with claims or providing referrals to global/local contractors.
Job Requirement
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.2015 gradutate is acceptable, and 1 year work experience is preferable
3. Major in English , Maritime Law,Shipping and logistics is preferred
4.Fluent English in oral, writing and listening , CEt-6 is a must
5.Knowledge on freight forwarding and logistics operations
6. Hard working , careful, good teamwork spirit
