If you are, we are looking for an exceptional recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and be part of our company transformation, support innovation and our company’s growth.
Recruiters play an essential role in fueling Logitech’s growth with extraordinary talent. Based in Taiwan or Shanghai, you will be the primary recruiter for APJ Sales and Marketing and other functional organizations within the region. You will work directly with leaders and establish close business partnerships while being responsible for sourcing and developing a talent pipeline, interviewing, offer negotiations and closing candidates while creating great customer experiences. You will also have the opportunity to support other corporate functions, create recruiting programs to support your client’s needs in APJ countries.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates Business savvy with experience in recruiting and sourcing for Sales and Marketing and Corporate functions and rolling out innovative recruiting programs
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement and ability to proactively network and establish relationships
- Genuine interest for improving the customer experience with clients and candidates
- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer and consultative skills
- Possess a wide range of experience on current external recruiting programs, policies, practices, and trends
- Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Logitech’s recruitment efforts.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success.
Requirements:
- Seven years proven experience in a Multi-National Corporate High Tech environment doing full life cycle recruiting with focus on - Sales and Marketing experience or consumer goods industry technical recruiting with strong sourcing skills utilizing a variety of sourcing tools/techniques with experience in developing and implementing creative recruiting programs.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects and provide strong consultative skills.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- A strong communicator who communicates frequently and demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and command of English language – Mandarin a plus.
- Strong emphasis on confidentiality and diplomacy
- A flexible, hardworking, professional who thrives in a team oriented environment
- PAC recruiting and sourcing experience a plus
- Application Tracking System experience
- BA/BS degree with strong academic performance
