职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, analyze and modify C&B and Performance Assessment policies and systems;
- Take a lead in development, maintenance and implementation of the prioritized C&B programs, i.e. Salary Structure, Job Grading System and Staff Incentive System;
- Perform Annual personnel budget planning and cost/benefit analyses on compensation programs, effect of implementation analysis and recommendations for change to improve;
- Lead team to calculate monthly payroll for local staff and monthly IIT on-line declaration;
- Manage a full range of human resources benefit administration including the staff social insurance, the public housing fund as well as the other existing or future benefit programs;
- Provide expert advice and guidance to line management in usage of the C&B as tools, i.e. participation in job analysis, job offer, staff promotion, job change, job relocation, payment terms, and merit increase etc.;
- Conduct regular labor cost market survey i.e. survey on payment trends in the areas of industry/competitors/key positions/inflation index, the best practice of the C&B etc.;
- Attract, motivate and retain staff by implementation a total compensation program that is innovative and competitive in the market place;
- Maintain HR system and provide timely and accurate data report and analysis for management decision;
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Administration Management, or related field;
- More than 8 years working experience in HR field (including 3+ years of related Compensation & Benefits experience in Education or Retail Industry);
- Good knowledge of local labor and employment legislation;
- Strong process orientation and an affinity for details;
- Strong customer service mind set and can-do attitude;
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and establish/meet work deadlines;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good communication, presentation and integrated thinking skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
