Job description

Major activities:

AP Skills and Education Service Planner (AP-SPR) will act as an interface between Global Service Planning rep (GP-SPR) and Region Service planning on each respected products for skills development and education needs.

AP SPR closely works with GP-SPR to make the education requirements available for product announcement plan to be able to apply to all AP regions.

Maintains the course content of the AP education databases

Works with Product SPR’s on a monthly basis to ensure new product education roadmap and needs are maintained in the AP tool

Works with regional topguns to ensure roadmap’s remain valid and current on existing products.

Works with education centres to ensure the optimum number of classes are available to meet our skills needs.

Produces reporting needs to help manage educational costs and performance and tracks accordingly

Skills and Education Performance

Track Variance on education to All Plan Parameters

Identify skills Issues, Causes and Solutions

Engage Proper Resources and Invoke Actions to Resolve

Delivery Performance (Field)

Track Product Variances by region and by skill type.

Monitor Training Skills and Coverage

Roadmap (Skills development Structure)

Maintains current and future skills roadmap structure with AP education tool

Works with region topguns to ensure current roadmaps are valid

Works with WW teams on skills needs and education feedback on effective skills transfer with AP.

Class versus elearning versus virtual

 Special Actions

Time to time is required to help co-ordinate and facilitate machines or instructors to be available to AP to deliver course content.

Required

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 4 years experience in program manager

• English: Fluent

• Chinese simplified: Fluent
