职位描述
Purpose of the position
Lobbying police makers, promoting and advocating application-related policies and standards which may influence on members common interests, helping member companies in compliance with Chinese regulation.
Key responsibilities & duties
Promote and advocate application-related policies and standards which may influence on chemicals/materials manufacturers in the following fields:
(a) Food Safety including food additives, food contact materials, food detergents and drinking water-related products;
(b) Automobile related materials application;
(c) Construction related materials application;
(d) Electronics & Electrical materials application;
(e) Some emerged application;
Apply knowledge and keep insights on regulations and rules related to the above fields to analyze the impact to AICM members in China;
- Inform AICM members of potential and new laws and regulations related;
- Think strategically and turn insights into positions and tactics on behalf of AICM Industry Policy Advocacy Committee (IPAC) after having identifying and communicating issues out from all AICM members, other AICM Committees in accordance with AICM Operational Guideline;
- Represent common interests of member companies to lobby government on issue or crisis that impacts in China and influence on new regulations formation regarding fields above mentioned.
Job Requirements:
University Graduate or above, major in chemistry or polymer science is preferred.
At least 5 years of working experience in a related field, having product stewardship experiences, willing to travel
Speak, read and write fluent English
Computer literacy
Communication skills, fluency in Mandarin with good writing skills
Commitment to work, attention to detail, initiative, confidentiality, marketing planning ability, strong coordination and organizational skills, time management, problem solving, team work
