职位描述
Report to: Director of IPAC and ED of AICM
Key Responsibility:
Work with AICM IPAC committee Directors;
Assist the daily works of AICM IPAC Committee, such as policy/standard information monitoring in required fields, member involvement statistics, taking meeting minutes, and visits to experts if required;
Assist the organization of IPAC activities (meeting registration), and pre- and after- paper work;
Follow IPAC Committee’s instruction, arrange advocacy if necessary;
Keep good communication within AICM committees;
Minimum Qualifications:
Undergraduate or above degree, focused on Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Materials, etc. Toxicology knowledge is preferred.
Good execution, and effectively delivery, good team work skills.
Good initiative and motivated, with open minded
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working independently, systematically thinking.
Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
Fluent English and Chinese, both in oral and written;
Good skills of office software application, like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Websites knowledge or Designing skill is preferred
