Key areas of responsibility:
? Lead a team to manage business applications throughout their lifecycle
? Supports and maintains operational applications, and plays an important management role in design, testing and improvement of business applications
? Support the organization’s business processes by helping to identify functional and manageability requirements for application software
? Advise system owners (business departments) on Change and Release Management decisions
? Monitor and control the application operation processes
? Application related IT audit engagement and actions follow-up

Main job tasks:
? Manage the System Management Team, take care of personal development and team building.
? Communicate with customers periodically and ensure their business requirements and experience about the application are well understood and promptly followed up by IT System Management Team.
? Ensure the application operational works are delivered in high standards and fit customer demands.
? Maintain good relationship with customer interfaces
? Look after team members, ensure their work atmosphere is good and productive
? Implement global standard processes and toolsets locally
? Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities in responsible area
? Make regular reports for customers and senior managers

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above
? 6 years of related IT experience. 3 years’ experience in application operation management
? Deep understanding about IT application management methodology
? ITIL knowledge is a must
? Good presentation skills
? Fluency in both written & spoken English
Education:
? Bachelor degree or above
? Major on computer related Professional experience:
? 8 years of related IT experience
? 3 years’ experience in application operation management
? Team Management experience
