？ Be responsible for one or some TR systems design, development and support.
？ Work with project manager or product manager to ensure the delivery of high quality of software on time.
？ Work with Technical Operation system to ensure the service stability and quick turn around the production issue within acceptable time period.
？ Make sure the completion of the objectives assigned to team within the agreed timeframe.
？ Work with architects to properly define system high level requirement, and translating requirements into low level and detail designs. Assign, guide and trace the system component implementation work by other members. Developing application and customer integration solution. Writing specification when need. Organize the implementation and testing cross-functional systems and ensuring system meets clients and business needs.
？ Reviewing design, code, implementation and test cases, of own work, or work of colleagues, to ensure compliance to requirements and architectural specifications.
？ Working with project team to make modifications to existing software applications, or to develop and integrate new applications according to specifications and industry standards. Able to identify the technical risks in a project and provide solution.
？ Working with product team or business analyst to clarify the requirements and deliver the software releases per required the timeline
？ Working with project team and architects to assure all systems are in line with Real Time Group long term strategy, using disciplined software development processes.
？ Liaising with colleagues in sites overseas, and internal customers on trouble shooting, analysis and solution on maintenance / support issues.
？ Researching new and emerging technologies. Evaluating and making recommendations for new tools, technologies, and platforms to be implemented.
？ Conducting user training when necessary
Technical and/or Functional skills
？ 2+ years working experience in software development projects
？ Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or any related field.
？ Wider interests and good self learning. The candidate shows wider interests for the technologies and financial business knowledge.
？ Passion with the business and good team player. Can follow up the business independently and impact the other members in the team to grow up quickly.
？ Good communication skill and thinking in global view. The candidate can co-ordinate the work between teams internal or external with good communication skill.
？ Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented design.
？ Demonstrated experience in all phases from requirement analysis to release of production quality systems
？ Good solution provider with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including high degree of attention to detail and accurate processes.
？ Excellent written and oral English communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
？ Experience with network and multi-thread programming
？ Experience with C/C++, C#, Linux, Window OS, XML, Perl
？ Good knowledge of the performance analysis techniques is preferred
