职位描述
A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
? Ensuring timely and complete monthly, quarterly, annual reporting
? Management of Accounts Receivable with a focus on timely cash collection
? Inventory management
? Development of internal controls
? Management of Capex investment via return on investment analysis
? Ensuring optimum use of current and future accounting and financial systems
? Prepare annual budget within schedule
B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
? Profitability control
? Provide information for management analysis for the local operations, including client/product line profitability analysis, with establishment of relevant platform to facilitate the analysis as necessary from time to time
? Keep check and maintain profitability by client and by product lines
? Alert management for potential reduction in profitability of each programs and clients
? Business analysis and reporting
? Ensure accurate and timely financial information and reports for management purposes
? Ensure timely billing of signed contracts
? Implement and document reliable and strong internal control processes
? Financial Control Standard
? Ensure compliance with PRC and US GAPP
? Ensure compliance of accounting/reporting treatment in line with Corporate requirements
? Working Capital Management
? Accounts Receivable: To manage prompt collection and credit risk
? Process improvements
? Continuously review work processes to ensure efficient workflow to drive productivity improvement
? Reorganization/Restructure of the team to ensure maximum productivity for delivery of the business requirements.
? To ensure timely closing and production of statutory accounts and management reports
? To ensure smooth and effective management of accounting and finance activities which include monthly review of balance sheet schedules, reviewing and streamlining current work processes
? To participate in annual budgeting process and forecasting
? To manage external audit and ensure unqualified audit reports
C. Job Profile
Required Competencies (Critical behaviors necessary to successfully perform the job)
? Ability and willingness to work hands-on with day-to-day operations
? Ability to work in multi-tasking and high speed environment
? Drive for improvement and excellence
? Able to work under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
? Pro-active in liaising with the senior managers in the Region / BU
? Capability to operate in matrix organization and strong communication skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills to work in the team – with service-focus mentality
Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
? Multi-national company experience with a US based headquarters
? Over 7 years relevant working experience
? Experience in establishing internal controls
? Management of accounts receivable collection
? Experience in negotiating payment terms
? Inventory management
? Experience with developing cash forecasting models
? Experience in accounting system implementation preferred
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
? CPA or international accounting equivalent is a plus
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
? Fluent in both written and oral Mandarin and English, for non-Chinese candidates, must have worked in China for at least 3 years
