职位描述
岗位职责
1. 负责发掘和重点发展大中型零售/餐饮企业在特定范围内的预支付、忠诚度和相关产品的销售机会;负责销售总监分配的个人销售配额;
2. 负责利用现有的客户群,开发潜在的合作关系/经销商协议;
3. 负责通过咨询,调查和确保新收入的机会,为潜在客户提供节省成本和产生收益的解决方案;管理和提供详细的回应;
4. 负责与销售总监就现有的地区/部门之间进行协调,沟通讨论创愿的品牌价值和经验的前景;
5. 负责创建和参与市场营销策略的活动;
6. 负责完成上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求
1. 30岁或以上,拥有大专以上学历,四年全日制学士学位者优先;
2. 在预付/支付/零售/通卡/团购销售或相关行业销售客户经理经验,零售/餐饮/服装/娱乐等跨行业品牌资源拓展客户体验优先考虑;
3. 5 年以上的业务经验与背景的咨询销售尤其是在零售环境中,业务发展,勘探和渠道建设、研究和分析和/或战略规划;
4.较强的关系管理技能,包括与团队成员和其他业务单位建立起融洽的关系;
5.较强的人际关系技巧和有效地合作和在所有的组织层次影响他人的能力;
6.能够坚实行动,自觉主动;能够独立工作和管理结果。强大的商业智慧和富有创意。
Main areas of Responsibility:
1. Prospect and prioritize Famous Brands, medium to large Retail/F&B/Apparel/Entertainment sales opportunities in particular territories for prepaid, loyalty and associated products; responsible for the personal quota assigned by sales director;
2. Represent KargoCard/KargoMall within potential partnership/reseller agreement in the territory leveraging the existing customer base of our partners;
3. Investigate and secure new revenue opportunities through a consultative and knowledgeable approach in order to deliver cost saving and revenue generating solutions to the prospective customers; Manage and deliver detailed RFP responses;
4. Communicate the brand values and experience of KargoCard/KargoMall to prospects in the immediate territories/sectors of the region in coordination with the Sales Director;
5. Create and participate in tactical marketing activities.
Requirements:
1. Age 30+, with College above education, 4-year full time Bachelor Degree is preferred;
2. Previous experience as a Sales Account Executive in Prepaid/Payment/Retail selling or equivalent industry experience. Retail/F&B/Apparel/Entertainment key accounts cross-industry brand resources to expand the customer experience is a big plus;
3. 5 + years business experience with background in consultative selling particularly in a retail environment, business development - prospecting and pipeline building, research and analysis and/or strategic planning;
4. Strong relationship-management skills, including an ability to build rapport with team members and among other business units. Strong orientation to team and organization success;
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with and influence others at all organizational levels;
6. Solid initiative, driven self-starter; able to work independently and manage results. Strong business acumen and creative (out of the box) thinker.
