职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Working with chip and module development teams to ensure the groups are aligned on requirements, cost and schedule;
2. Working with manufacturing and Product Engineering team in the US and China on development programs and transfer in to manufacturing;
3. Lead program team through program review milestones, with responsibility for ensuring all deliverables are completed on-time;
4. Contribute to long-terms plans for new transceiver product development and production life-cycle decisions, for parts already in production;
5. The Program Manager will occupy a high visibility position with the customer, suppliers and internal technical, operations and administrative functions.
Required Qualifications
1. Masters in Electric Engineering or Physics
2. 5 years of experience in program management of optical transceiver products.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional environment (manufacturing, test, quality, finance, supply chain)
4. Proven experience of successful transfer of optical transceiver products in to production;
5. Knowledge of SPC, DFX, DOE, FMEA and cost analysis;
6. Experienced in taking development programs from concept to manufacturing.
7. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
9. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power Point, and Excel.
10. Work closely with Operations to track engineering sample builds and shipments during new product introduction phase.
11. Good English written and oral communication skills
