岗位职责：
1. 负责收集公司ERP系统需求，并将其纳入应用系统总体规划
2. 负责ERP系统项目的实施，保障ERP系统项目建设需求
3. 负责ERP系统的维护和支持，确保系统运转正常
4. 负责根据数据分析参与优化方案制定，提出改进需求及调整建议
5. 完成领导交办的其他工作

任职要求：
1. 全日制院校计算机相关专业本科以上学历
2. 具有五年以上ERP、生产经营、流程管理等系统的相关工作经验
3. 熟悉主流ERP系统并多次参与过完整的ERP项目建设
4. 熟悉主流的ERP系统并多次参与过流程重建梳理工作，能够进行系统架构、数据结构设计
5. 熟悉数据库设计，能够熟练编写高效率的T-SQL和PL/SQL代码，可以维护处理数据库问题，优化数据库配置
6. 熟悉高效编程语言，能够根据实际工作需要和安排，编写相应的办公软件及ERP系统
7. 较强的事业心、责任感
8. 工作热情，有创新精神
9. 良好的职业道德素质及团队合作精神
10. 优良的语言、协调和沟通能力，能承受较大的工作压力
