Requirements:

1. University degree or above;
2. Engineering background is preferred (not limited to industry);
3. Consulting skills to analyze training requirements and related solution;
4. Above 5 years working experiences in training/consulting field on tutor or managing consultant position ;
5. At least 3 years relevant experience in Lean Manufacture /Lean sigma consultancy and project management for industry leading companies , Experience in Lean Healthcare is preferred.
6. Experienced skill to cover C-Level person’s requirement or concerns in the company about business operation or Supplier Chain
7. Demonstrate lean leader traits
8. Excellent communication skill
9. Master in training content and ppt development
10. Fluent English (Oral and Written)

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for developing lean business strategy and model by leveraging UL global partnership, resources and brand
2. Develop and deliver the Lean leader related consulting programs, including but not limited to Lean Healthcare, Lean Shingo Prize, Lean Benchmark related business, etc ;
3. Make sure the quality of all Lean consulting programs with effective and efficiency result
4. Work closely with sales, marketing and tutor team to develop business model and drive growth for lean business .
5. Train and develop lean consultants.
