Reporting Line:
Commercial reporting line to Regional Manager Commercial Activity
All Contract & personal conditions with the Regional Manager
General Responsibilities:
Identify and secure major target accounts controlled in CEN China
Act as a Senior staff member with in Local China Sales Force
Key Result Area
Key Tasks
Measure
Identify, secure and develop portfolio of new customer on Intra Asia Trade lanes
Ensure regular acquisition of new customers in line with company’s objective and strategies
New Customer Volume &
CM 1
Follow up on client activities (Both New and Existing Customers)
Quality of Customers in Sales Force Pipeline
Development of Assigned Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure to approach major target accounts controlled in China, expected turnover 5 Mio CNY per year
Supports CEN CN Sales Teams on building the CN Controlled pipeline accounts
Play a key role in supporting the local Branch sales/KAM and CS in developing relationships with Senior Management figures within the working platform.
Represent DSV China in external and internal negotiations wherever necessary, particularly where senior sales staff is required.
Communicate progress on Key Target accounts at Regional Level
Support in the tender process for major Target Accounts
CM 1 Target on New and Existing Business
Reporting
Monitors the quality of the data entered in
Sales Force on the assigned Tradelane and ensures that irregularities are reported and addressed.
Monthly / Quarterly KPI review of performance / target results delivered monthly to Senior management
Sales Force Data Quality
Risk Control
Ensure that locally claimed Customers invoices are collected with in the Credit Limits period agreed.
DSO per customer
K.P.I’s
Locally generated CM1 in line with the agreed Budget – Measured Monthly
Market intelligence report - measured Monthly
Number of Key Target Accounts – Average 15 with total value of 10 million CNY logged in sales force
Direct Contribution margin in line with target - As per monthly EDI report
6 external customer meetings every week – Logged in Sales force
Other tasks assigned by manager
