主要职责

1、根据项目质量目标和设计需求制定测试计划，设计测试数据和测试用例；
2、有效地执行测试用例，提交缺陷记录及测试报告；
3、结合用户运行环境需求搭建测试环境；

职位要求

1、 熟悉软件测试流程；
2、 了解软件测试理论和方法；
3、 掌握测试用例设计方法，能熟练编写测试用例；
4、 熟悉常用Bug管理工具；
5、 良好的沟通能力，工作细心，认真，有洞察力；

加分项

1、已具备移动设备应用测试经验，如手机、平板电脑、电视及机顶盒等；
2、有Windows, Windows Phone 经验者；
3、良好的英文阅读及使用能力；
