职位描述
Architect
Responsibility:
- Create architecture and technical design for enterprise-scale applications/products based on the in-depth understanding to the client's business requirements.
- Communicate with clients on design decisions and help them make key technology decisions.
- Do the design with good balancing among contradictory requests in regards of performance, scalability, extensibility, and security etc.
- Leverage industry best practices and patterns for building applications.
- Perform code reviews as needed.
- Provide senior level perspectives related to the software development lifecycle, methodologies/standards, application architectures, and technical designs/solutions.
- Keep current on latest technologies and methodologies and understand when to use what.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of application design and development with a focus on distributed systems.
- Rich experiences on creating system architectures for high-demand distributed applications.
- Broad knowledge on different enterprise software solutions, enterprise servers/services, tools, and best practices.
- Strong object oriented design and programming knowledge.
- Having performed the role of a technical architect on a previous project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with working closely with global team members directly.
Principal Engineer
Responsibility:
- Create technical design and lead development for enterprise-scale applications/products based on the in-depth understanding to the client's business requirements.
- Communicate with clients on design decisions and help them make key technology decisions.

- Lead the effort for delivering high quality code and provide good guidance on doing the automated test suite.
- Hands-on coding as needed.
- Perform code reviews as needed.
- Provide senior level perspectives related to the software development lifecycle, methodologies/standards, application architectures, and technical designs/solutions.
- Keep current on latest technologies and methodologies and understand when to use what.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of enterprise applications design and development.
- Strong object oriented design and programming knowledge.
- Extensive hands-on development experience on .Net, JEE or other programming languages/platforms.
- Database experience is also required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with working closely with global team members directly.
