Job Description:
1. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
2. Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
3. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
4. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
5. Effectively apply to our methodology and enforces project standards.
6. Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
7. Minimize our exposure and risk on project.
8. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Minimal 3 years or above working experiences in software development
3. 2 years of successful project management experience
4. Strong analytical skill and ability to write English and Chinese reports fluently
5. Good presentation skill and communication skill (both in English and Chinese)
6. Excellent computer skill with knowledge of basic database application and online tools
7. Able to innovate, must welcome challenges, work hard and take ownership
8. Team lead's experience is an advantage
