岗位职责：
1、负责社会化媒体（如新浪微博、微信、官网等）相关平台的发布与维护；
2、负责官方自媒体运营，定期策划并执行网络营销线上及线下活动；
3、建立有效运营手段提升网友活跃度，增加粉丝数，提高关注度；
4、挖掘和分析网友使用习惯、情感及体验感受，即时掌握新闻热点，能够完成专题策划、编辑制作；
5、跟踪社会化媒体的推广效果，分析数据并反馈；
6、配合参与活动策划内容的方案撰写，或相关线下活动执行等。

任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，英语听说读写良好；
2、对新媒体有一定的了解，热爱社会化媒体推广形式，与网络运营内容有较高的兴趣；
3、熟练使用 excel、word、PPT 等常用办公软件；
4、有良好的团队合作精神、应变能力及创新能力；
5、每周至少能可工作3天，认真负责，进取心强，沟通协调能力强，有推动力。


Offline Operation Assistant

Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for socialization media ( such as: Sina Weibo , WeChat ,Official Website，etc)related platform release and maintain;
2、Be responsible for the official self-media operation, regularly planning plan and implement the network marketing online and offline activities;
3、Establish marketing effective means to enhance the active users active degree, increase the number of fans and raise attention degree;
4、Excavate and analyze the user habit, emotion and experience, mastery the hot of news, complete the subject planning, edit and production;
5、Tracking the social media promotion effect, data analysis and feedback;
6、Partake of the event planning and offline activities implement ;

Position Qualification:
1、A bachelor's degree above, CET-4 or above, good oral and written English skills;
2、To understand the new media industry, with higher social media and online marketing interest;
3、Be familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office tools;
4、Good team Work, proactive attitude and innovation ability skills;
5、Can work at least 3 full days per week, Good communication skills.
