职位描述：
1. 负责互联网产品的界面设计及交互设计工作；
2. 负责页面的模版设计及公司内部系统相关页面的设计公司；
3. 参与设计网站整体的视觉风风格；
4. 参与前瞻性产品的创意设计工作；

应聘条件：
1. 大学本科或以上学历，产品设计，交互设计，视觉传达，美术，计算机等相关专业，具备互联网或相关设计工作；
2. 熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Axure 等相关设计软件；
3. 对用户体验和易用性有良好的把握能力，能够主动与前端制作工程师沟通协调，确保UI 效果的无缝整合；
4. 较强的色彩把握能力和视觉设计能力，对设计的发展趋势有敏锐的捕捉能力，并能够运用到实际的设计工作中；
5. 工作积极主动，敢于担当，具备端正的工作态度及出色的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和抗压能力。

Job Description:
1. Responsible for interaction design and website design of internet product;
2. Responsible for template based design and relevant website design of internal company system;
3. Participate in designing the overall internet visual style;
4. Take part in prospective products creativity design;

Desired skills & experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Arts, Computing Science etc;
2. Proficiency in the use of relevant design software and techniques such as Photoshop、Illustrator、Axure, etc;
3. Ability to grasp the essence of user experience and usability, can take the initiative to communicate and coordinate with frond end design engineer as well as ensure the seamless integration of UI effect;
4. Strong color grasp and virtual design skills with the ability to keenly capture the development trend of design, and be able to apply the mind into the actual design practice;
5. Work actively, initiatively and highly committed, possess positive attitude and positive team work spirit, strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as have ability to meet deadlines and delivery high quality work under pressures.
