Responsibilities
Responsible for system architecture design, technical architecture selection, and main function module/data structure/external interface design; develope system core function;
Responsible for the core technical problem resolve, system optimization, assist to solve the technical problems in the process of project development.
Learn Internet related new technology and trend of development of the industry, and plan the future direction of technical architecture of company
Customized development support for Company internal systems
Lead the team for product design and development, cultivate and guide the engineers work, help engineer to grow up

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer software or relevant majors；
At least 5 ~ 8 years Java development experience, over 2 years experience in large project architecture design, with internet company background is preferred；
Proficient in commonly used design patterns and the major design tools, with Java framework independent design ability and experience in building a Java framework, can undertake core modules and functions development, with ability to design system architecture according to requirements;
Proficient in frameworks such as SpringMVC, Spring, MyBatis etc.(understand framework features and its realization principle), proficient in large-scale systems JavaEE architecture technology;
Familiar with major database development technology such as mysql/postgresql/oracle, have strong SQL coding ability; familiar with theory of database design, have ability for database performance tuning;
Familiar with NOSQL technology such as Mongodb, HBASE etc., familiar with service such as zookeeper, familiar with caching technology such as Redis, Memcached etc.;
Skilled in Linux server environment development, deployment and Java performance tuning;
Familiar communication protocols such as TCP/IP/HTTP, and familiar with Java NIO, Netty, etc.;
Have huge amounts of data, large quantity, high concurrency, high performance analysis and mature processing experience; understand the concept of cloud computing, and have a certain practical experience is preferred;
Skilled in document writing, writing habits, good ability of abstract thinking and logical thinking, the ability of analyzing and resolving problems independently;
