Responsibilities
Responsible for studying and tracking technology direction of big data, create big data platform architecture according to the requirements of the company;
Responsible for the design, development, maintenance, optimization of data platform, meet the data analysis demand of company departments;
Lead the team for product design and development, cultivate and guide the engineers work, help engineer to grow up

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer software or relevant majors；
At least 5 years internet products or distributed system design or development experience, over 3 years big data products design experience;
Proficient in HADOOP, HIVE, HBASE, deep understand their principle, familiar with the surrounding the big data technologies such as Storm, Spark, Flume, Kafka, etc., at least 3 years experience in related technology maintanance and development experience, with source code level optimization problem solving and cluster performance optimization ability is preferred;
Proficient in JAVA, familiar with the working principle of the JVM and optimization measures;
Familiar with Linux or Unix, familiar with at least on script languages such as perl, bash, python etc.;
Familiar with common machine learning algorithm, with model analysis development, training experience is preferred;
Agile Experience/Scrum Master is perferred.
Good command of written and spoken English
