Responsibilities
As a technical leader to resposible for complex business website system testing and system tool development, can quickly complete the needs of the business development;
Familiar with product requirements and business, complete design of website system and system toolkits, participate in and complete the alignment testing among multiple website system and system toolkits;
Control the project schedule and can effectively avoid risk, keep communication with development team and regularly report the system development progress;
Study the new technology, fully understand development testing requirements, develope test tools, frameworks and related tools, improve working efficiency of team;
Recruit team members, train and guide the engineers work, help engineer to grow.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer software or relevant majors；
At least 2 years software development and testing experience, with internet company background or development experience of testing toolkits is preferred；
At least three years testing team management experience;
Familiar with Linux/Unix os, familiar with one of shell programming language such as bash shell, python etc., with the ability for regular system maintenance;
Familar with Java programming, familar with related open source framework such as spring, ibatis etc., and master related principle, method; familiar with the MVC open source framework, familiar with js, CSS and HTML, with the website system development or testing experience is preferred;
Familar with at least one of open source testing framework such as Watir, Selenlum, Junit, TestNG, Robotium, Athrum, UIAutomator etc.;
Familiar with at least one DBMS such as oracle, mysql, postgresql etc., can write business logical by SQL, and with the ablility for performance tuning is prefered;
With strong business analysis, communication ability and the comprehensive coordination ability, work initiative
With the Internet video industry background is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English
