Principal Responsibilities:
Gain alignment on project goals and deliverables from all stakeholders
Collaborate with the customer to obtain accurate requirements and define project priorities and scope
Establish, maintain, and lead high performance project teams, serving as the project advocate within the organization
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
Procure required project resources and estimate workload
Facilitate project meetings, managing changes in scope, identifying potential issues, and resolving conflict
Devise contingency plans and recommend solutions to meet project objectives
Apply best practices and tools for project execution and management
Set and manage project expectations with all stakeholders
Provide visibility to project progress via regular status reports
Motivate project team members to take positive action and accountability for project deliverables
Conduct project post mortems to assess successful and unsuccessful elements and formulate recommendations for improvement
Build positive professional relationships with customers and colleagues
Support project management team members to ensure success of projects while maintaining customer service focus

Required Experience, Training, and Education:
5+ years of proven success-ful project management experience leading concurrent projects with cross-functional teams, preferably in a fast paced IT environment
Experience with process documentation and improvement
Bach-e-lor’s degree in technology management, CS, or information systems, engineering, or other analytic discipline
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, wikis, Microsoft Project/Office/Visio, or other project management tools and best practices
Demonstrated knowledge of software development and IT infrastructure project lifecycles
Expe-ri-ence with entrepreneurial environments as well as large scale enter-prises
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
