-To provide financial and business support in terms of budget/forecast preparation and analysis, as well as the reporting and analysis of key figures, trends, variances and KPIs.

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
1.Accurate and timely delivery of budget, forecast and key financial data, as well as company reports, analyses and KPIs.
2.Review and report on progress against plans, budgets and forecasts and recommend actions to ensure key business performance indicators are met.
3.Preparing business-focused monthly commentaries, which are not merely statements of fact.
4.Fully explain p&l and balance sheet movements to senior management on a line by line basis, as well as any potential adjustments to the current forecast.
5.Provide senior management with meaningful financial and commercial information and analyses.
6.Support senior management on strategic initiatives and business development/new products and markets using key financial and commercial data.
7.Maintaining the “portfolio model”, our local planning and forecasting tool, ensuring it reflects changes in the business model.
8.Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by Planning and Forecasting Manager, Head of Performance Controlling and/or wider business.
9.Make suggestions for improvement of tasks/processes and/or the introduction of new initiatives.
10.Document/update Performance Controlling processes as required.
Key Contacts and Relationships:
- Working particularly closely with the local senior management team as well as the local risk, sales and finance functions.
- Collaborating with SFS reporting teams in Munich.
- Liaising with shared services from SLC (e.g. SFSL, Taxes, legal, etc.)

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
1.Ability to produce quality financial and commercial information and analyses.
2.Ability to communicate complex and technical issues clearly and succinctly to all levels of the organization, responding to questions/challenges with sound financial and commercial argumentation.
3.Deep analytical skills and independent follow-up of items to ensure the correctness and completeness of data.
4.Technically-driven individual contributor with the ability to take complete ownership of all given tasks, and to constantly question existing assumptions.
Required Work Experience:
1.3-5 years multinational company FP&A experience or Big4 training. Either is acceptable.
2.Leasing/Financial Institution work experience.
3.Basic understanding of analytical/forecasting tools and models.
Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in economic/business/finance.
2.Proficiency in Chinese and international accounting principals CICPA/IFRS/USGAAP.
3.CICPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certifications preferred.
4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6.HFM, SAP/leasing application experience preferred.
