Job Responsibilities
1. Interface with the competency / service line teams on a periodic basis to track progress of work.
2. Document the issues and risks and tracking to closure
3. Perform and report delivery measurements
4. Understand account satisfaction parameters and map measurements to those parameters
5. Feed back to the delivery teams on the performance gaps and issues, and track closure of gaps and issues
6. Understand and document interlocks (baselines, SLAs, SRMs, FTEs, clocking), and inform about deviations in interlocks
7. Ensure delivery and identify ways to improve service
8. Provide incident support and delivery crisis management
9. Participate in audit readiness
10. Build relationships with the competencies in the sending country and bridge their gaps with internal teams
11. Respond to new business requests/requirements
12. Review the skill requirements for the project during Transition
13. Coordinate with the sending ITD and finalize the roles and responsibilities at the competency level before end of transition.
14. Interface with the transition manager for the knowledge transfer activities
15. Ensure the progress of knowledge transfer activities accomplished
16. Track compliance control document and process documents accomplish progress.
17. Sign off on the completion of the Transition
18. Participate in the communication sessions conducted by the transition manager during the transition as and when required.
19. Coordinate with the sending ITD competency and the Delivery Center team for any issues and escalations.
20. Ensure quality and timely completion and delivery of the deliverable defined in the SOW.
21. Ensure that potential conflicts identified and are resolved before they cause customer dissatisfaction within the competency.
22. Work Load Management, work allocation, utilization of resources.
Job Requirements
5 years or above IT related experiences is required, preferred experience in IT Infrastructure Operation. At least 1 year of project management related experiences. Skillful in below areas:
1. Apply IT infrastructure service delivery process, disciplines & tools
2. Apply IT infrastructure service delivery system management methods & Tools
3. Apply industry solutions
4. Apply process management
5. Apply quality concepts
6. Implement reporting cycles/methods
7. Manage crisis
8. Manage systems management environment
9. Manage systems management metrics
Qualifications
1. Education Background: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related major like Information Technology, Engineering or Science; Business Management etc.
2. Language: Fluent written and oral in English and Mandarin.
3. Soft skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership, can work under pressure
4. Certificate: PMI-PMP certified is a plus.

Preferred
Master's Degree in Information Technology
At least 5 years experience in IT Project Management
Certified in PMI-PMP
