As Legal Counsel, you will support the Regional General Counsel in all aspects of legal matters. This will include providing legal advice to different business units with regard to a broad range of corporate transactions and business activities; drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements; as well as providing legal support to various operational matters.


You should hold an LLB or a JD, be admitted in the PRC (a foreign qualification is desired). You should have a strong academic background and have received training at an international law firm. In addition to a high level of fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese language is required.
