1、负责搭建、维护和管理测试环境

2、负责制定测试策略、编写测试用例

3、可以独立完成软件功能测试和集成测试

4、提交并跟踪验证BUG,直到问题得以解决

5、找出系统Bug及潜在的系统问题

6、总结测试，提交测试分析报告

7、负责测试相关文档的编写

【职位要求】

1、计算机相关专业大学本科或同等学历。2-4年的软件测试经验,做过性能测试或自动化测试的优先考虑。

2、熟悉软件测试理论和方法，热爱并致力于软件测试工作，具有独立分析能力和解决问题的能力。

3、具有逆向思维能力和缜密的逻辑推理能力，具有文档编写能力，思路清晰，重点突出。

4、熟练操作Windows系统。

5、熟练ORACLE或者SQLSERVER数据库基本操作，会编写基本的数据库语句。

6、熟练使用多种测试工具（例如：Bugfree，TD, quicktest,loadrunner）者优先考虑 。

7、有过专业的测试培训者或有设计、编码经验者优先。

8、有较强的学习能力和主动性；执行力强，踏实稳定，有良好的团队合作精神和严谨的工作态度。
