Dräger has deeply involved in the handling of gases, in particular, hazard protection and life saving in medical and industrial emergencies. Dräger safety’s business consists of design, manufacturing, sales and service of equipment for gas detection and breathing protection.


We are looking for:

Material Controller 生产物料计划员 (Beijing)


Responsibilities:
? ensure the cost effective planning of material supplies into manufacturing operations.
? translate sales forecasts, production plans and launch activity into material requirements.
? order appropriate quantities of materials to meet demand
? manage inventory quantity and value.
? provide projections for stock holding and evaluate impact of New Product Development on inventory space and value requirements
? ensure the planning and storage policies are cost effective and minimize waste
? review output from Material Requirement Plan (MRP) Planning runs.
? review purchase requisitions and amend or release as appropriate.
? convert planned orders to production orders and control release into work for sub-assembly.
? review and reschedule existing purchase and production orders.
? check and update master data to ensure accuracy and optimal safety stock, lot sizing, etc.
? identify, prevent and reduce dormant and slow moving stock.

Requirement:
? Previous experienced with MRP, purchasing or stock control within Supply Chain / Material Control
? 3-5 years' working experience in manufacture company.
? Good experience with ERP system, preferably Navision or SAP
? Good analytical capability, care for details
? Good communication & interpersonal skills
? Language: good English
