职位描述
Main tasks and targets:
1. Manpower Planning
Ensures that HR department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company's business strategies
2. Recruitment / Leave
Develops hiring plan based on company's Standard Staffing Model and Profit Plan, implements and improves recruitment policies and procedures, supports key positions' hiring and each year's campus recruitment campaign, in order to ensure a proper manning and overall recruitment effectiveness
Handle employee leave
3. C & B
Implements and improves company's Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness
Payroll
4. Training & Development
Analyses, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs
Develops, improves and implements various people development tools to motivate employees by defining their development and career path
Training courses
Training report
5. Employee Communication
Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company's business objectives, in order to sustain company's culture and enhance employees' engagement
6. HRIS/Reporting
Monitors the standard HR indicators as defined by company
Maintains all personnel files and records, updates HRIS and all headcount reports
7. Budget / FC1 / FC2 Be responsible for personnel cost budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control
8. People Development
Supports HR Staff development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented
9. Data Analysis
Analyses HR key information to figure out the related issues through sharing meeting method
Submits all detail or summary HR data as requirement
10. Labor disputes
Handle employee dissatisfied
Handle labor disputes
11. Meeting

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in HR function
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of Employment Law in China
