1、根据运维经理的安排，分析数据库性能，找出薄弱环节，提交分析报告，制 定优化方案；
2、对数据库访问进行管控，记载访问情况，用于追查数据更新日志；
3、根据审计的要求，提供性能及审计管理系统，展示数据库性能动态，提供审计信息查询功能；
4、完成性能及审计管理系统的性能优化，部署测试环境，发现和解决系统问题，确保系统质量，并完成系统上线和运维。
5、负责所辖系统的技术支持工作。
6、领导交办的其他工作
7、精通Java 编程
8、熟悉ORACLE数据库
