Mainly reponsiblity:
? To lead and manage a team of professional staff to ensure effective delivery of customer
service operations to support commercial businesses in China
? To manage the integrated project management and field engineering functions ensuring
smooth execution including field installation and CPE implementation of both Connectivity
and CPE projects in China
? To set up and manage the Network Operations in China covering NOC operations, network
construction, technical support, Sky Exchange Operations, and interworking with NOC
operations and support in HK to meet the customer needs
? To monitor and control the service provision and service restoration process in commercial
businesses to support Connectivity and CPE products in China
? To develop and implement appropriate resources strategies and plans to meet the
operational and business needs
? To supervise, motivate, coach and develop staff to carry out their duties in a professional
and efficient manner

Requirements:

? A University Degree holder in Information Technology, Telecommunications,
Computer/Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines preferred
? A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience, of which over 5 years at managerial level with
proven track records
? Solid knowledge and experience in either of the following areas are preferable :
o IPVPN, CPE, Sky Exchange, Cloud Service
o ITIL, Customer service, Project Management, CPE technical support, Network
Operations
? Good leadership, flexible with good business acumen, project implementation,
communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent customer service mindset, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
? Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, particularly fluency in
spoken Putonghua
? Frequent travel in China with some around 6-12 months stationing in Beijing is required
