Responsibilities:
- Play training & development center of excellence role in China head quarter.
- Participate, contribute and support learning and development initiatives
- Streamline / install consistent talent management process across entities in China
- Provide regional benchmarking, market intelligence and best practices to Corporate headquarter counter part.
- Base on business requirement consolidated by BU HR, develop and deliver learning offerings for China region
- Facilitate best practice sharing between China business entities related to learning and development
- Coach and develop learning and development competence within China HR community
- Lead to design and manage China wide cross BU/OU talent development initiatives and programs, targeting L3 and below group.
- Work together with AGHR counter-part to ensure data quality in ERP system.


Requirements:
- Ten years above HR practice experience, at least five years focused on learning and development area.
- Result oriented with track record of managing talent development programs.
- Fluency with talent review process. Experience as head quarter to coordinate and help entity level implementation a plus.
- Experience to design and roll out talent development programs / framework as a total solution.
- Expertise in at least one of the following subject: training design; workshop facilitation; development program management; in-house academy management; organizational design; change management; multi-entity (or country-wide) project management; executive coaching.
- Exposed to market best practice on talent development approaches and learning programs
- E-learning experience a plus
- Stakeholder management ability and strong interpersonal skills. Good presentation skills to interface effectively with senior management executives, AG HR-PED-Learning & Talent, China HR community and external partners / consulting firms.
- Fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin. Domestic & international travel required approximately 20-30% of the working time.
