We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Director to join our team .The main task will be to coordinate the technical production of all our luxury events

Responsibilities:
1.Involved in the analysis, creative concept, design, production and realization of the events;
2.Logistics and coordination of all technical aspects (lighting, sound, staging);
3.Sites and venues technical surveys;
4.Ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing materials and concepts;
5.Develop agendas/timelines/rundowns;
6.Acts as primary individual responsible for managing event from load-in to load-out;
7.CAD and floor plan design and drawing;
8.Budget Preparation in case;
9.Supervise production technical coordinators and freelancers;
10.Post event reporting and evaluation.

Skills & Requirements:
1.Solid knowledge and experience in technical discipline event construction, structural engineering, fabrication materials, audio, lighting, video, scenery, printing;
2.At least 5 years of events management experience;
3.At least 2 years of luxury events management experience;
4.Multi-tasker who thrives under pressure.Must be willing to travel including nights and weekends;
5.Extremely organized, with an eye for detail;
6.Must be able to self manage project timelines and deadlines;
7.Strong team spirit;
8.Good conflict manager;
9.Creative problem-solver;
10.Good taste, flexible, and cost-efficient solutions as well as structures that can be quickly built and dismantled;
11.Portfolio of completed relevant luxury projects;
12.Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contracting procedures, as well as contractual and liability issues;
13.Ability to motivate staff through leadership and expertise;
14.Fluent English (written & spoken);
15.Experiences working in Shanghai and Beijing Venues a plus.
