职位介绍Purpose of Job
- Forecasting is a core function of the Oriflame business and as such the management of the function and its personnel is critical to our business success.
- The forecaster must have strong people management skills but must also have the ability to carry out detailed analysis and exercise sound judgment in arriving at a true and accurate estimate for each and every SKU on sale in any given time period. The forecaster should also have an enthusiastic personality with the eagerness to learn
- The role requires that the forecaster will often be challenged by colleagues and management over the validity and reality of proposed forecasts and that they must be strong enough to work with and influence other functions and the regional management team.
- The role takes ownership of product forecasts up to 13 months ahead of the sales month. The forecasts for each sales period should be reviewed and updated on monthly bases within this time frame. The role has close links with catalogue planning, pricing, supply chain and sales. Maintaining close communication with these functions is key to succeeding in this role.

职责Your responsibilities
- Ensure best possible product forecasting accuracy for our catalogues
- Submit forecast to global on a weekly & monthly basis
- Submit catalogue KPIs to the marketing team that will serve as an evaluation of our plans. Actively support catalogue planning & pricing with input on how to improve our plan to increase sales and meet our KPIs.
- Provide sales results analytics on a monthly basis
- Work in close contact with the market to learn as much as possible in regards to local sales patterns, trends etc.
- Work close with operations to understand how changes in FC impact the supply
- Ad hoc analysis

就职要求What we are looking for:
- Strong experience with analysis and organization in international environment. Experience from logistics/operations is a plus
- Very strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Very good English verbal and in writing
- Education – Bachelor or Master degree
- Very proactive and driven with an ability and passion for finding new solutions and to understand consumers behavior
- Analytical skills with an eye to challenge figures and results
- High flexibility and good with handling sometimes stressful situations
- Strong organizational skills and leadership, a person who is able to focus on the details as well as on the big picture
- Open minded, result and delivery oriented team player who takes strong ownership of assigned activities.
- Important to keep a positive attitude in a sometimes challenging environment.
