Job Description:
As a senior product line manager, this person is responsible for Adlink ATCA platform product line, from product strategy, product planning/development execution, to Go-To-Market product marketing. Under the strategic framework & guidance of Application Ready Intelligent Platform (ARiP), this person needs to develop detailed product strategy and long-term roadmap for Adlink ATCA platform. In addition, this person should continuously initiate individual product proposal based on market & customer requirements, as well as the vertical market evolution direction in telecom & networking, then secure the corporate funding & resource approval to form & lead a project execution team to develop such a new product, including HW & SW/MW components. Once the project is kicked off, the PM will be empowered with the assigned HW/MW/SW resources in the PXT (Project Execution Team) and the PM will be held accountable for the on-time and quality deliverables to ensure TTM of the new product. The PM is also required to work with corporate marketing & regional sales teams to come up with a solid & effective Go-To-Market plan to successfully promote the new product to the market & customers. As the corporate product strategy is evolving from building blocks to ARiP, this PM needs to not only have a deep understanding about telecom & networking customer needs and future directions, but also be responsible for developing a mature ecosystem around Adlink ARiP products, including key ISVs, OSVs, SIs/TEMs in the vertical segment of telecom & networking.

Key Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in the related technological field with at least 10 years of related industry experience in telecom/networking segment;
2.Proven track record as a PLM for key telecom/networking platform products from established vendors;
3.Solid technical knowledge & business acumen for the new technology development in telecom/networking industry, such as SDN/NFV; deep connection with telecom/networking industry ecosystem, such as key ISVs, SIs or TEMs is strongly preferred.
4.Experience with ATCA architecture & technology is required;
5.Fluent English writing & speaking capability is required; English/Chinese bilingual skill is not required but will be a strong plus.
