职位描述

The Job Responsibility


The candidate’s responsibilities are as follows:


  • External stakeholder
  • Manage multiple venders to provide the best cost effective solution to the BUs
  • Manage multiple customers to provide the best cost effective solution on timely
  • Internal stakeholder
  • To ensure the service delivery to meet the IT service level agreement with each BU
  • Ensure regular, timely and accurate reporting of service, cost and quality KPI
  • Continues process improvement for the cost reduction and the customer satisfaction.
  • Present AP IT Product to BD for the best effective solution
  • Develop the strong relationship with AP IT and also vendors for the better satisfaction from BD and BU
  • Ensure a smooth transparent working relationship between AP IT and China IT
  • Lead the team
  • Manage China IT Transport products and application support
  • Engage users and ensure that their changing needs are met
  • Continues improvement of the existing application support operation
  • Ensure that the high performance for IT application support is met at the lowest cost
  • Deliver the financial performance within the budget
  • Maximize the use of resources
  • Motivate and train the subordinates to be effective and efficient
  • Develop IKO with team members and monitor their performance
  • Conduct performance evaluation
  • Manage and allocated appropriated resources and commitment of staff to achieve the goal and objectives are met
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled department


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Good understanding of Logistics operation
  • Application implementation
  • Application support ability for multiple customers and multiple systems
  • Multi vender management ability
  • Good understanding of New IT products and solutions
  • Good written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Analytical skills
  • Leadership skill
  • Clear and concise communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Strategic thinker to deliver initiatives
  • Numerate
  • Good Presentation skill in Chinese and English
  • Ability to perfume under high pressure
  • Commercial awareness, customer focused
  • Leader, team player and self starter
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years at management level
  • Experience in IT manager in a company
  • University degree is preferred
