Job Description:
1. To develop and optimize new consumer and business products, designed to achieve measurable business goals while maximizing return on investment and meet client requirements;
2. To coordinate and execute reasonable research activities and make sure the profitability and market viability of all the new products. Demonstrated ability to prioritize product features based on market needs and development capability;
3. To define the vision for new products, develop an actionable plan, and track and follow on execution and delivery, on time and within budget;
4. To test, assimilate and mix huge amounts of feedback information from clients, quantitative data from system analytics, research reports, market trends and statistics;
5. To adjust and update various product packages according to company different business development requirement, including product information, design promotional materials etc;
6. To closely work and cooperate with engineering, IT, sales and any other related departments in order to work out the better designs, better code and better solutions to the customers problem.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, MBA is preferred. Major in technology, design, finance, business or engineering;
2. CET 6 above, good in Mandarin and English. (Both oral and written);
3. Rich experience work with Agile methodologies like Scrum. And ability to write user stories and managing a product backlog;
4. At least 5 years IT project work experience. Superficial understanding of HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, Web Servers, MySQL, Big Data etc. If have the third party payment or prepaid card industry work experience is preferred;
5. Be familiar with data driven development and minimum viable product. Advanced excels skills are a must, and the ability to run SQL and use Google Analytics is a plus. If have statistical modeling background is preferred;
6. Be passionate, good responsibility, good coordination ability and team work spirit.
