Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
1. To draft and amend commercial contracts and other legal documents under supervision and guidance of legal counsels;
2. To make legal summary of key terms and conditions in commercial contracts;
3. Legal documents translation from Chinese to English, and vice verse;
4. To proofread legal documents in Chinese and English;
5. To provide legal and compliance training/education to employees in respect of company’s policies and procedures;
6. To conduct legal research on the PRC laws, regulations and judicial cases;
7. To assist with preparation of Company’s periodic contracts reports;
8. To create and maintain internal case database, run searches on internal and external document database and systems;
9. To maintain the custody of legal documents; and
10. To provide administrative and coordination support to legal operations.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Laws;
2. Admission to the PRC bar;
3. General knowledge of company/commercial legal environment and other general business related laws, rules and regulations;
4. A strong sense of responsibility;
5. Good command of written and spoken English;
6. Great attention to details;
7. Experience working for a law firm preferable.
