职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead cost engineering projects for Automotive sections and related components – Body, Engine, Chassis, E/E, and Interiors – including supplier qualification and selection, risk assessments , cost breakdown analysis and price negotiations.
? Hands on management of projects from the perspective of cost engineering, balancing cost with product development timelines, quality control and other project risks. Run detailed cost analysis, and recommend approaches for lower costs.
? Drive to successful outcomes strategic initiatives in supplier development, supplier evaluations, total cost of ownership analysis, etc.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 5+ years experience in Cost Engineering managing an Automotive product portfolio in either Body, Engines, Chassis, E/E or Interiors. Strong knowledge of product performance, manufacturing and total cost of ownership analysis.
? Strong know-how in strategies and best practices in supplier development, supplier management, cost engineering and project management.
? Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and project management skills. Take ownership and pride in the continuously improving quality of your work.
? Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
